About the Organisation
The
organisational arm of the Council brings together a diverse range of key
strategic activities. It is responsible for organisational performance
management, contract and asset management, prosecutions and compliance,
policies, economic development, development and coordination of events,
internal and external communications.
The Council's organisation
structure consists of a Chief Executive Officer and six Directors
managing the following Council Units.
