Road Signs
Do you need a sign moved?
Does it need repairing?
The
Council needs to know if a public road sign
is broken, vandalised,
covered in graffiti, or is missing. If you know of a problem with a road
sign, then contact us to arrange for it to be repaired. To make sure
that it’s fixed quickly, the Council needs to know as much of the
following information as possible:
1.
What type of sign is it? eg
give way, keep left, street name sign
2.
Where is it? eg street
name, intersection of which streets.
3.
What’s the problem? eg
graffiti, damaged, missing.
4.
If the sign is missing, is
it causing a hazard?
5.
Is the sign's pole is
broken or missing?
6.
Was the damage caused by a
road accident?
Email
Council's Customer Services team or telephone 295 1300 between
8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
